The Association currently rents houses within the following New Forest villages;
In order to be considered for one of our village homes, you would need to show that you are in housing need and that you have a local connection* to one of the villages listed above. In addition, you must also be actively registered on the New Forest Homesearch Register with New Forest District Council (NFDC) who carry out our allocations.
For further information, or to request an application form, you can contact NFDC on 02380 285222 or through their website at www.newforest.gov.uk. Application forms can also be obtained by visiting one of the Councils local offices.
Alternatively, if you are a currently a tenant of another Housing Association or Local Authority, and you are looking to move in to one of the villages listed above, you may be able to 'Mutual Exchange' in to one of our properties.
You will need to have a local connection*, and an exchange partner in order to participate in a Mutual Exchange with one of our tenants.

*To have a local connection, you must either;
Be currently living in the village
Have lived in the village within the last 15 years
Be currently working within the village
Have parents, siblings or adult children currently living within the village.
